Body Weight Exercise

Personal Trainers, Yoga and Pilates practitioners are encouraged to include this workshop in their training. This workshop will encompass how to take a bodyweight exercise, define its variables, and progressively move beyond basic Push Ups and Sit Ups and get into high level body weight training and acrobatic style strength training. By the end of this series the client will understand and be able to perform total body strength training with few apparatus or machines.

•Recommended Frequency:3 to 4 Times Weekly
•Duration: 1 Hour
•$90/ 1 Hour

•NOTE: This phase is only possible with no injuries and optimal posture. Many of these exercises require a great deal of strength and flexibility and are meant for advanced clients.
