Adaptive Sports Training

Training for everyone for Physical Performance. This would combine endurance, agility, strength and power training. Methods of optimizing mental focus would be included.

Task and Responsibilities are defined and analyzed. Programs are designed around understanding of leverage, Kinetic Chain and Biomechanics with a focus on injury prevention.
