Power Training

Jump higher, throw farther! This is a combination of explosive (rate of force production) training and Ployometric (Jump Training). The focus is on strength, agility and force over mass. Functional and Strongman methodologies are included in this series.

•Recommended Frequency: 2 Times Weekly
•Duration: 1 Hour
•$90/ Hour

NOTE: This phase is only possible with no significant injuries and optimal posture.
